- Pick-Up Times: Due to changes in sunset times throughout the season, pick-up times may be at 17:30 or 18.30.
- Meeting Point: we will pick you up from your accomodation in Tromsø.
- Duration: The tour lasts approximately 5.5 to 9 hours.
- Stay Updated: Please check your phone and emails on the day of the tour for any updates. need to cross the border.
- Documents: Kindly ensure that you bring your passport with you in the event that we need to cross the border.
- Participants: The maximum group size is 8 participants.

- Clothing: Dress warmly and wear suitable footwear.
- Facilities: Bathroom facilities may be limited.
- Space: Space is limited; please refrain from bringing unnecessary items (e.g., luggage).
- Cameras: Cameras may capture the Northern Lights more vividly than what may be visible to the naked eye.
- Participants: Maximum of 8 participants.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 7 days before tour: Refund of the balance paid (10% deposit is non-refundable).
- Between 72 hours and 7 days before tour: 50% refund of the balance paid (10% deposit is non-refundable).
- Within 72 hours of the tour: Non-refundable.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking in the event of unexpected changes.
- Please note: No refunds or free trips are provided if the Northern Lights are not seen. This natural phenomenon cannot be predicted in advance.
