Our adventures are about connecting with nature, embracing the unknown, and experiencing the magic of the North in all its forms and we need energetic, passionate, professional souls to bring this to life.

Minibus Guide

Are you an adventurous photographer or seasoned guide eager to showcase your skills in winter wonderland?

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the Arctic and excited to share this passion navigating our minibus tours.

Responsibilities
• Guide small group tours up to 15 pax on both fjord and northern light excursions.
• Host a camp/picnic experience (build a fire, serve food & drinks).
• Ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
• Foster a welcoming, informative and engaging group environment.
• Photograph Northern Lights, wildlife, landscapes, and guests.
• Edit and deliver high-quality photos to guests.
• Share knowledge of the Aurora and the Tromsø region.

Requirements
• Previous guiding experience.
• Photography skills and experience with Lightroom, or other photo editing software.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are desirable).
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Passion or interest in an outdoor lifestyle.
• Experience in Arctic conditions and/or seasonal work.
• Strong knowledge of the Tromsø region.
• Positive, professional and motivated attitude.
•  Sociable and engaging personality.
• Kjøreseddel is desirable.

About You
• Organized and motivated, with very high attention to detail.
• Be able to work in a demanding environment, late hours & often in tough conditions.
• Follow guidelines, work as a team and be adaptable.
• Possess strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Enjoy dynamic work environment - there is never a dull moment, and you will work with a variety of nationalities. We want those super social souls who love to meet new people and to share their experiences with guests.
• You must have a strong work ethic, and enjoy taking initiative.
• Self-motivated and passionate about what you do.
